TOWN BOARD MEETING

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2007

5:00 P.M.

 

The Town Board will meet on the above date to consider and adopt a resolution to propose exceeding the state levy limits.

 

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2007 by Chairman Beske.  Present:  Beske, Shapiro Hurley and Sperle; absent: Supervisor Lunde.

 

It was noted for the record that a quorum of the Town Board was present.

 

The board reviewed a copy of the notes regarding increased costs that led the Board to propose a levy increase.

 

Sperle moved, Shapiro Hurley seconded, to approve Resolution No. 07-11-01 entitled Resolution of Rutland Town Board to Propose Exceeding Levy Limits; motion carried 3-0 (Lunde absent); motion carried.

 

Sperle moved, Shapiro Hurley seconded, to adjourn; motion carried.
